As a SeaMonkey user, I'm surprised at that situation. 
Everything I've read indicates SeaMonkey is kept in sync 
with Thunderbird and Firefox and I don't see that action here.
[In interim, does right click in message still give all the 
reply options?]

Mozilla support groups carried by news.mozilla.org are 
active and helpful.
