As a matter of style,
my preference is to place the standard headers 
after the nonstandard header files.

I prefer to write header files in such a way 
that they do not need to have 
standard headers #included before them.

Placing the nonstandard header files first,
gives the compiler a chance 
to check that I have written them that way.
