You don't say which version of FileMaker or computer operating system
you're using. 60,000 records is quite a lot and depending on what data
is being stored, maybe you're hitting the filesize limitations of one
or both.

You can always match import fields manually. It would be a bit painful
if there are a lot of fields, but FileMaker normally remembers the
previous order, so you may only have to do it once.
