The belief that extra overheads are associated with the old system doesn't fly because it assumes the doctors and other people that claim to treat the ill are trustworthy - false billing is still false billing. The childish Medicare system doesn't even tell patients what bills are being paid in their name. Talk about an attractor for greedy people!
