Homelessness will persist and increase, if only because it is a convenient place to park political undesireables who cannot be imprisoned on trumped up charges. Never mind the masses of ignorant and unemployable parasites who are nevertheless employed maintaining the welfare sysstem and attending to the needs of the homeless -- all without doing anything which might threaten their jobs. -- We all cannot be intelligent, but at least we can all be polite.
