The smaller browsers I use: Dillo, Links, etc., have been getting blocked by CloudFlare for years. They require Javascript and if your browser doesn't support it (or maybe doesn't support it well enough in those newer cases), tough luck. You just get a page saying something like "Enable Javascript and cookies to continue". Usually I skip such websites. Sometimes I view the archived copy on the Wayback Machine, or if it's not there use archive.is to save single pages (slowly) then view them there.
