Take off your tin-hat. A Local account setup doesn't require creation of an email address during Local Account username/pw setup. Setting up a new local admin account and configuring windows then deleting the refurbisher account is always the most sensible and secure approach. - the refurbisher might have used a variety of scripts to setup the device, added but not removed 3rd party software or other command line files(i.e. like some system builders or system support folks). -- ...w¡ñ§±¤ñ
