Have tried a re-install of Win11 over-the-top, no difference. Disabling EnPass allows the security key to work for setting-up and logging-in with passkeys in web browsers, though it's a bit clunky with several dialogues per sign-in, and occasional entering of PIN as well as my fingerprint. Still no joy for signing-in to Windows itself.
