Apple trolls like nospam (Tyrone) & Alan Baker who historically have sadistically sent people on wild-goose chases for decades, or... b. People like yourself and badgolferman, who are simply trying to do something as trivial as copy a file from Windows over the LAN to iOS? Note that out of BILLIONS of people on this planet who might want to copy a file from Windows to iOS using the Files SMB client, there isn't a single screenshot of that being successful in the entire world wide Internet.
