As is almost always the case, There's an App for That™ (in fact, there
are numerous apps that ). 

There are are numerous apps that let you initiate a transfer from any
computer to an iOS device, typically through a web browser and over
WiFi. You can find them easily with simple searches, too. But you're not
interested in reality, because you desperately want to pretend it's
supposedly not possible. 😉

Open any file sharing app and follow the instructions which are
generally to point a web browser to the iOS device IP address, then
transfer to your heart's content. Works fine. Alternatively, connect to
any SMB share in the Files app and transfer to your heart's content.

It's telling you can't seem to figure out how do this very basic thing
with your own devices when the rest of us have been doing it for
literal decades. Your trolls are as weak as your intellect, little Arlen.
