JR, you apparently didn't notice that I was talking about a problem that occurred when I ran *Eudora Mailbox Cleaner*, a completely separate program from Eudora that was created by a Eudora user some years ago, not by Qualcomm. Eudora knows exactly where those attachments are and displays them just fine. You also clipped the rest of my message where I explained why that probably happened. I don't think EMC was at fault, either, because I use a *nonstandard* folder for incoming attachments. That's why I asked whether anyone had done the conversion with the proper folder structure and found that to work okay. I'm guessing that if I move the attachments where Eudora Mailbox Cleaner expects to find them, all will be well. I'm not going to claim that Eudora is perfect, but there's no reason to criticize it in this situation. Patty
