Warum sollte man auch die Tests ohne Auffälligkeiten überprüfen? Und 
womit? - Wie gut die Tests funktionieren sieht man in China und 
Neuseeland. Mag aber sein, daß man dort Gesundheit als ein höheres Gut 
ansieht als hierzulande (wo die Schulen zum Wohle der Wirtschaft 
unbedingt aufbleiben müssen), und entsprechend sorgfältiger arbeitet.
