wow, I have videos with millions of hit (one with nearly 14 million) on 
my youtube channel. how much could I have made with those! but then 
viewers would have to put up with stupid banners. but the monetizing 
thing does explain the proliferation of those banners. and no, I'm not 
going to post a link to the channel. the grubby grimy grub would have a 
field day with it wouldn't he :)
