It's disgraceful that our pollies dish out taxpayer dollors to dubious 
causes and other countries but never have any or enough money for things 
they should have, like preserving and honouring our heritage. it's 
pathetic and shameful that it takes a private individual to initiate the 
building of a memorial to the thousands of diggers who fought and died 
at pozieres, and to raise the money to build it.
