I read that the "Programmer" and the "30" are the same machine with a
different chip.

I am amazed that none of the batteries have leaked. I Have decided that
if I get a charging cord I will do the first re-charge out of the
machine and in a plastic bag.

About programming (in the old days), not programmable.

It has 40 keys that include numbers from 0-F, all the logic functions,
and it speaks Decimal, Hexadecimal, and Octal. The binary notation for
each digit is shown under the key for that number. It has a single
"memory" register.

The machine I lusted was the TI 59 (I think that is the right number)
with the Aviation module and the printer "docking station" (I don't
think the "docking station" meme had been invented yet--and the machine
I had in mind was said to be the first programmable hand held, I think)

I think there are wrist watches with all of that and more.
