Got both at Amazon.  No bundle deal or anything.

3Dconnexion actually has a killer bundle on the their SpaceMouse
Enterprise, the Cadmouse, pad, and a hub, all for $429.  (The
SpaceMouse Enterprise by itself is $399).  That would probably
be nice to have for Blender work.
