I'm slowly making my way through the plate of noodles of XCode 4, thinking it's a pain to have to learn again every year or so the programming tool you just were beginning to use so well. But this is not the subject. I did the excellent tutorial "Your First Mac Application". When finished, I was still (I suppose) in the debug phase. I looked for the executable in the folder containing the project : SURPRISE ! , it was not there but in : ~/Library/Developer/XCode/DeriveData/TrackMix-(a code of some 24 letters)/Build/Products/Debug/TrackMix.app All the more funny because Lion hides Library in the home directory ( I complained of that in comp.sys.mac.apps and was generously helped to make it reappear). The path above looks as a prank ! Now , seriously , I certainly missed something. there must be a way to order the beast to put the executable in the project. Thanks for any light
