When I had a Citroen, in the fusebox there was a fuse which you
could put in two positions. In one of them the accessories were powered
up all the time, and in the other they were only powered up when the
ignition was on.

The radio has two power inputs. One powers the radio, and the
other powers the memory. The latter of course has to be permanently on.
It sounds as though on your radio they are connected together, so if
the power goes off it loses the memory too. If you can swap the fuse
over to "permanently powered, it should solve your problem.
