Sounds like we need somebody to write a bit of PHP or something to run 
on the download site:
   -- invites you to drop your present Otherdevs file here
   -- it adds anything new to the server's Otherdevs file, weeds out 
duplicates, maybe adds comment to identify the contributor(s)
   -- download new consolidated Otherdevs file
