But if the truecall itself provides the ring power then the phone rings. So the upshot of that it that the system doesn't work for trusted callers, only for callers who type the code in. This is down to the type of router I expect but it isn't worth buying a new router. I did come across some device which would send a ringing signal but I don't know if it would work so just haven't bothered.
