Required Skills 
- 8+ years AIX admin experience 
- US Citizenship 
- Ability to assist in establishing Best Practices for solution architecture of designated IBM components (servers,storage, AIX system software, LTFS EE system) 
- Experience (2 years) in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IBM LTFS EE 
- Experience with virtualization technologies on IBM AIX machines 
- Experience with Red Hat Linux on IBM pSeries machines 
- Ability to assist in design, planning and implementation of improvements in capacity, speed, reliability 
- Ability to assist in migration of files and software from/to IBM hardware and software products 
- IBM Storage: TS3500 Tape Libraries using Netbackup experience 
- Operating Systems: AIX 7.1, AIX V6.1, AIX V5.3
