Deputies say Jocelyn Suggs, 25, of Oak City, was charged with three counts of trafficking heroin, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver heroin. Some $6,000 in heroin was seized and Suggs was jailed on a $2 million bond. Shaneita Wesson, 30, of Windsor, was charged with the sale of heroin, delivery of heroin, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver heroin within 1000 feet of a school, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle to keep or store controlled substances. Her bond was set at $200,000. Carol Clow, 28, of Williamston, was charged with felony possession of heroin. Bond was set at $5,000. Debontis Brown, 36, of Williamston was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sale or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle to keep or store controlled substances. Deputies say some $3,500 in marijuana was seized and Brown's bond was set at $30,000. The task for is made up of deputies from the Martin County Sheriff's Office and officers from the WIlliamston Police Department.
