Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

10+ years of demonstrated working knowledge and experience in the following:

  * Understanding with and delivery of OPS architecture through the EA Governance process;
  * Knowledge of OPS RFP processes and required EA Governance deliverables;
  * Strong documentation and writing skills; 
  * Requirements gathering and analysis;
  * Network design (switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers, etc.); 
  * Dealing with the integration of network components in the support of servers in a large enterprise multi-tiered network infrastructure;
  * Building new infrastructure as per design criteria and providing incident and intake resolution;
  * Configuring and deploying dedicated & virtual network components including but not limited to Cisco switches (65xx, Nexus 7xxx, 45xx, 37xx),Routers (Cisco 72xx 36xx), Load Balancers (Cisco 
     ACE and CSS), Firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA and PIX), Cisco GSS & NAM;
  * Process and tools used to convert Physical to Virtual servers and related network infrastructure such as firewall rules, vlans, etc.

Scope of Services and Deliverables:

* This resource may act independently and/or lead a team of Designers, Technical Consultants and other stakeholders in a matrix management environment to: Collect Information, Evaluate client requirements, Develop costs and associated prices, Develop implementation plans; 
* Resource will follow ITS processes and deliver ITS/ EPPDS design collateral for each of the projects, such collateral to include, but not necessarily be limited to: Client Letters of Intent, Client Requirement Documents, Solution Blueprints, Client Proposals, Contributions to related CRQs, Contributions to related PCRs; 
* Resource will also be required to: Facilitate Solutions through Quality and Solution Acceptance, Build-out new infrastructure as per design criteria, Provide incident and intake resolution, Provide solutions status on the various projects being worked on, Provide reports as required, Provide skills and knowledge transfer.
