Does Putin now have primary negative charisma modulation?

Right now I am observing primary negative charisma modulation
of Vladimir Putin, which manifests as a rush of disgust in my
throat when I focus on a picture of him.

However this has occurred in previous false attempts and it
has always faded and has never been confirmed by anyone else.

So do you observe it as well? (Or even follow up if you
do not observe it.)

There should also be secondary negative charisma modulation
of the negative messages of Putin, even when the messages
are apparently positive but he is lying.

If it is now working yet, perhaps I will succeed by full moon.
