Charisma modulation, revisited

There should now be primary positive charisma modulation
for medium good to extreme good, primary negative charisma
modulation for medium criminal to extreme criminal, secondary
positive charisma modulation for the messages of minor
criminal to extreme good, and secondary negative charisma
modulation for the messages of minor good to extreme
criminal.

I have observed primary negative charisma modulation of
Vladimir Putin, Bashar al-Assad, and The Supreme
Leader of Iran when I was looking at their pictures on
images.google.com . Do you observe that as well,
on pictures, audio, video, or in person? In previous
attempts it has not lasted for me and nobody else
has confirmed it.

However, unlike what I said in previous posts, it seems
that Donald Trump, Joel Osteen, and Kenneth Copeland
are only minor criminal, and thus do not get primary
negative charisma modulation. However their messages
are eligible for both secondary positive and secondary
negative charisma modulation (even if the messages
are positive they may get secondary negative if they
are lying).

The primary positive charisma modulation is equivalent
to the transfiguration of Jesus or the “radiant brow”
of Taliesin (Gwion Bach). Do you observe it in any
individuals you consider to be very good? It would
not be perceivable to the person who is modulated.
