It's so strong that it can be smuggled in using little hermetically sealed glass tubes even doggies can't smell. The chemists are always a step or two ahead. Humans, they WANT an ultra-buzz - it's deeply deeply hard-wired. "Just say no" ??? Coke/X consumption grew exponentially during that farce. The dangerous problem with Nitrazine and Fentanyl is that they're SO strong that it's easy to make times-ten dilution errors. A certain number will get "hot shots" - fatal. Does this deter ? Nope. Not at all. So, truth, we're kinda STUCK with this for awhile. Law and military and NOTHING can intervene. Ban "kratom" or whatever - NO help - they'll just switch to the next stronger item. This is the Reality. Realize. Cope.
