   In federal law, weed was still kinda rated up
   there with nerve gas and plutonium as a 'threat'.

   Now, piddly stuff.

   Which makes it much safer for individual states
   to make their own even more slack laws.

   Now, frankly, probably NOT the best thing to
   smoke a lot of weed or chew lots of THC gummies -
   but it also won't mean that you're thrown into
   some federal dungeon as a massive threat to
   society worse than ISIS for doing so.
