	I do not know the current parlance re:"kind".
	Sativa, if good, is uplifting and energizing in proper dosing.
	Indica is relaxing and many people use it for pain killing but it puts
me in the mood for sleep..
	I take acetaminophen 500 mg.capsule for quick relief of various
age-related pains. And if the joints which are damaged from 88 years
of use besides my recently fractured ankle are acting up I use 
acetominophen
in 8 hour extended release caplets.
