All rights released. A traffic light is not an illegal traffic barrier, rather it is traffic flow. Other people have to get their turn to use the intersection, and there is not an unreasonable wait time. A sign saying "No Right Turn" for 2 hours during rush hour, is an illegal traffic barrier, and has to be removed. The streets belong to everybody, and such signs are based on poverty, and will incur putting in roads in the wrong places in the long run. It's your street, to use if others aren't. Under construction of course is a different thing, as the street it therefore in use.
