Job Title : System / Business Analyst
Location : McLean, VA 
Duration : Long term contract
Client : Hexaware/Freddie Mac

JD:
•	Analyze business requirements & act as the primary liaison with Business /IT stakeholders responsible for managing the scope, requirements and dependencies.
•	Create, update and execute System and User Acceptance test cases
•	Perform requirements issue/problem management, research potential exceptions, leveraging current sources including databases, data and process models, business requirements and other artifacts.
•	Collaborate with Scrum Masters/PMs to produce Project related as well as application health related metrics and dashboards.
•	Act as a liaison between business area and technical support teams to ensure all parties have complete understanding of issues/requests, requirements and process steps to ensure alignment and successful outcome.
•	Follow established processes, procedures, and directions.
•	Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation and other relevant records as needed.
•	Knowledge of Multi-Family applications, business (Securitization) and or and Freddie Mac security is a Plus
