If they weren't driving out busineses and people
with their sky-high taxes, suffocating regulatory
environment and insane "sanctuary" policies they'd
have plenty of spare cash.
Instead ... bet they try to hit up the Fed (meaning
all of US) for money - even as they wave the finger
in everyones faces.

It's leftism in general ... most parts of the package
are defective and the package as a whole is thus
a total cluster-fuck - a slow horrible death for any
nation or state moronic enough to believe the
communist line.
Leftism/communism were never MEANT to be a viable
socioeconomic plan, it's all meant to facilitate revolution,
destroy the existing power/social/economic structure.
After that happens, well, there's no Plan-B ...
The remaining "communist" countries :
a) North Korea - shithole prime.
b) Cuba - rotting.
c) Venezuela - about ready for cannibalism.
d) Nicaragua - half the pop combs the dumps
hoping to find some food.
Russia, China, Vietnam ... despite names, they've
gone largely capitalist and made LOTS of money.
