They agree to kill 50,000 on each side and then end the war. High unemployment solved. Germany had the highest unemployment rate around 1939... they got rid of 6 million people in the 40's High unemployment solved. 6 million new jobs. Sometimes you simply cannot wait for a person to die just so you can take their job. Do you have a million dollars? Your wife, children want to kill you.
