What is the speed of light in earth's atmosphere compared to outside of earth's atmosphere? I know in a vacumn it has a fixed number.. but I'm refering to outside a vacumn, the speed of light in earth's atmosphere compared to outside of earth's atmosphere? -- The Starmaker -- To question the unquestionable, ask the unaskable, to think the unthinkable, mention the unmentionable, say the unsayable, and challenge the unchallengeable.
