It was simply not my topic, how and why Hungaria grants citizenship and 
to whom.

But Leo Szillard had hungarian citizenship (and not German).

So Szillard was in the meaning of the word 'citizen' citizen of the 
country Hungaria (and not of e.g. Germany).

Whether he won it in a lottery, by inheritance or by bribery, that was 
NOT my concern.
