Wrong. Impossible because  I conclude from (*) that never more than one unit fraction will add to NUF(x) at a point x (and a short distance afterwards).
∀n ∈ ℕ: 1/n - 1/(n+1) = 1/(n(n+1)) > 0 (*)

That is dictated by mathematics.
