called "SINGLE USE" shopping bags as they are easily placed into one's 
pocket and occupy no more space than a handkerchief.

Although they come out crinkled, you can flap them like a newly washed 
pillow slip and they re-volume with sufficient air that it is then 
possible to easy re-fill it with your grocery shopping--no more fumbling 
to get another bag.

Once there is some weight within the bag, all the wrinkles are gone and 
no-one would readily know that you are actually using a second hand bag.

A second use is to walk down the street / park and pick up rubbish left 
by others whose parents ought to have been preoccupied with 
auto-eroticism than procreation or a perhaps may I suggest a "SINGLE 
USE" condom.
