RedHat provides a patched version of wxPerl 0.9932 that works nicely with
wxWidgets 3.0. However, this version of wxPerl supports very few 3.0
features (it is mostly based on 2.9). As long as you don't need any of the
newer features you're fine.

I have a couple of wxPerl applications that I run, without modifications,
on Fedora (wxWidgets 3.2), macOS (wxWidgets 3.2.6) and Windows (wxWidgets
3.0)
