Basic unit tests passed on Travis with last MySQL versions 5.5.58,
5.6.38, 5.7.20, 8.0.3 and MariaDB versions 5.5.58, 10.0.33, 10.1.30,
10.2.12, 10.3.3. Also with MariaDB C/Connector 2.3.4 and 3.0.2.

Therefore DBD::MariaDB is working with MariaDB 10.2 and 10.3 series.
