My money is on this as well. > Are you confident enough to enter the modem settings? It maybe best to see if the ISP can talk you through it (to get a VOIP ) up and running. This way you will not be accused of "interferring" and give the ISP a better chance of fixing it. Before changing anything see if yo can back up both of the modems settings.
