Victim was stabbed to death on a transit bus - apparently by some random loon. They had
security cam footage. They had witnesses. But they released the stabber with no charges.

Independent journalist Bob Mackin is trying to find out why, but he's getting stonewalled
by the so-called justice system.

UPDATE ON PERSON MURDERED ON BUS JULY 23 2019
On July 23 my brother Allain Lebreton was murdered on the bus in richmond BC, He was stabbed to death. Some people called him french Allain. About a week ago we got some of his clothing his phone. I smelled it. Even his sock and Shoes still had the smell of my brother. funny you might think i miss him.We were told it was stabbed and the murder investigation was still open but the reason why the person who murdered my brother was not being charged is because he had some learning or social disability. Most likely he would get away so they are leaving my brother case open in case he does it again. Is this what Canada has come too. I am appall. We all sat quietly. What could be say but give me my brothers things. Then the thinking so one more person might die. For what. This all seem unfair to me. His sister Nancy Lebreton

My brother was murdered on July 23, 2019. He took the bus and was randomly stab  multiple time. Today is one month is gone i wonder what he was doing at this time last month. I miss you so much brother
