Vice versa :) MCLBYTES is the definition and the pool is create with an
item size of MCLBYTES.

(Requests - Releases) * Size / (Npage * PageSz).

Pools are allocated in "pool pages", so that's the
ratio of used memory vs. memory taken from the VM
system.
