Is the Master corrupted or is it lost? If it's lost, you're really in bad shape. The only thing you can do is designate a new master, losing all your sync data in the process. If the Master is corrupted, there is a SLIGHT chance it might be repaired. Have you considered upgrading to an Office 365 package and writing an Access app?
