Investigators say Kylan Price admitted to having sex with the young teen. According to the affidavit, the girl told investigators she had been chatting with Price on a Snapchat site, and she sent him her address. She said the evening of October 29th, Price sent and Uber to her address, and it took her to a hotel on Brooks Road. The 14-year-old told police when she met Price there, he forced her to have sex. Police say Price gave a written statement admitting to having sex with the girl.
