Thanks for sending it. It'd probably good to merge this as early
as possible given getting a quite a lot of bugs. I don't think
this needs real dev ML time.

There may be more that get reported in the interim, I used

    bugz search "update bdepend to have dev-lang/go-"

Then looked at the version, plus grepped for GO_OPTIONAL=1 to make a
list. GO_OPTIONAL means the eclass is not setting BDEPEND so ebuilds
need to handle it regardless of being lower than 1.24.11.

Just for the record, this is the remaining bugs that need ebuild fixing
instead:
