Hi Sruthi,

You've mentioned elsewhere a desire to perhaps have more delegations 
than we have now. In particular you've specifically highlighted the 
diversity team as a possible delegation.

What are the benefits of delegation? What powers exactly would you be 
delegating, broadly in general terms, and specifically for the diversity 
team?
