Hi,

I finished packaging testpath, whose ITP is #799599 :

* Package name    : testpath
  Version         : 0.2
  Upstream Author : Jupyter Development Team
* URL             : https://github.com/jupyter/testpath
* License         : MIT
  Programming Lang: Python
  Description     : Collection of utilities for Python code working with files and commands
 It contains functions to check things on the filesystem, and tools for mocking system commands
 and recording calls to those.

It is a test-dependency of IPython.

Here it is:
