"pykakasi" is now required by Debian package "calibre".

pykakasi is a Python Natural Language Processing (NLP) library to translite=
rate
hiragana, katakana and kanji (Japanese text) into r=C5=8Dmaji (Latin/Roman
alphabet).
It can handle characters in NFC form.

"pykakasi" is a Python module. So Debian Python team (including me) will
maintain this package.
