The next days Plasma 6.6.3 will enter testing. There is a known issue, that 
the migration process in plasma-workspace uses qtpaths6 that is currently 
shipped inside qt6-base-dev.  We don't want users to depend on this dev 
package, we are in the process to split qtpaths6 into its own package. Until 
than please make sure you have the dev package installed.
