I've pushed via

   git push -o ci.variable="SALSA_CI_DISABLE_BUILD_REVERSE_DEPENDENCIES=0"

which created

   https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/simple-http/-/pipelines/963873 

Lets see how this will work.
