pam 1.4.0-6: Please update debconf PO translation for the package pam

Hi,

You are noted as the last translator of the debconf translation for
pam. The English template has been changed, and now some messages
are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or are missing.
I realize this is late in the bullseye process for new translations, but we discovered a couple of cases where upgrades need user attention and we need debconf templates to warn about those.
I'm sorry we discovered this so late.
I would be grateful if you could take the time and update it.
Please send the updated file to me, or submit it as a wishlist bug
against pam.

The deadline for receiving the updated translation is
Wed, 10 Mar 2021 11:36:18 -0500.
Although translations are still very welcome after that point.
